Article 40
1. Chacun a droit au logement. Nul ne peut être privé arbitrairement de son logement.
2. Les organes du pouvoir d'Etat et les organes de l'autoad-ministration locale encouragent la construction de logements, établissent les conditions de la réalisation du droit au logement. 3. Un logement est mis, gratuitement ou pour un loyer abordable, à la disposition des citoyens pauvres et des autres citoyens ayant besoin d'être logés sur les fonds d'Etat, municipaux et les autres fonds de logements, conformément aux normes fixées par la loi. __________ <На английском языке см.
